New Brew Day
June 8th, 2013
One of the greatest joys a person can experience is the discovery of something new and magnificent. Christopher Columbus, Marco Polo, and Amerigo Vespucci were all kings of discovery. Here at BDOA we want you to experience the same feeling that these legends experienced when they discovered some uncharted territory. That is why BDOA is proud to announce its first annual New Brew Day which will take place on June 8th, 2013. We want beer drinkers across the country to try at least one new beer that they have never tasted. Personally, we are going to be trying many, many beers we have never tasted, but that's just us.
Now we know that some of you hard-heads like to "stick to your guns" but come on, trying one new beer isn't going to kill you. You might even like it! There are hundreds of beers out there just waiting for you to give them a shot.
In order to celebrate New Brew Day we have organized festivals in four major cities; Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco, and New York. These festivals will feature many of the country's most well known craft breweries, as well as up and coming craft breweries and the big time domestic breweries. Attendants simply have to pay an entrance fee of 25 dollars to drink all the beer they want!
In addition to the actual drinking at the festivals, we will also have great food and entertainment. Each city will feature a headlining musical act as well as numerous regional bands. All in all, these festivals will be the perfect place to celebrate New Brew Day with other beer lovers.
